1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mors Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mors Platform is a SaaS platform that provides e-commerce product feed management, creative automation (video and image generation), conversion rate optimization tools, and unified analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected during checkout.
A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. No credit card is required for the trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
Upload malicious content, viruses, or code designed to disrupt the Service
Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mors Platform and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your product data remains your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mors Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or to address security concerns. We will provide advance notice when reasonably possible.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
